WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you are unable to attend your treatment or need to reschedule, a 48 hour cancellation notice must be given by phone or email. For groups of three or more we also require 48 hours’ notice. Please note that we will charge full amount of your treatment cost to your credit card if it is a no-show and/or if no notice about cancellation has been given 48h in advance. 

There is a 50% deposit on all treatments for new clients and 30% deposit for existing clients.

Late arrivals will be facilitated to the best of our ability, however, your treatment time may be shortened and we are going to charge full price for your treatment if you are more than 15 min late for your appointment, or if it is a no-show.
