1. DEEP TISSUE / SPORTS MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage focuses on both, top and deeper layers of muscles and tissues, and is designed to address severe tension or pain in the muscles and tissues. This is a specialised massage tailored specifically to an area of concern. We can treat both chronic and acute ailments. Movements are slow and deep using muscle energy and neuromuscular energy techniques for maximum pain relief. Sports massage prevents further damage to ligaments, tendons and muscles. Post massage stretching techniques are advised to practice at home.

2. INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment which aims to re-balance your body and offers complete relaxation. Escape aromatherapy oil blend (where applicable) is used during this massage and helps to clear and de-stress the mind. This is a very beneficial massage for any built up tension in the neck and head areas. It helps to relieve headaches and migraine, stress and tension, fatigue, insomnia and sinus pain. This is a thoroughly relaxing and deeply calming treatment, leaving you energised and revitalised.

3. HOT STONE MASSAGE

Very pampering and luxurious massage treatment which involves placing smooth, heated basalt stones on your back. The stones send soothing, warm heat to the muscles and tissues, releasing tension and promoting relaxation. This massage will relieve muscular aches and pains by the therapeutic effects of the heat in combination by hand massage to get the required results.

4. WHITE WILLOW SIGNATURE MASSAGE

This is our most popular massage treatment and here’s why. We use a unique blend of massage techniques including trigger point therapy, Indian head massage, deep tissue, stretching and holistic combinations. 100% plant based oils are used where applicable during the treatment to ensure ultimate relaxation. We also will give you a stretching guide to encourage you to do stretching techniques at home.

5. INVIGORATING LIME AND COCONUT BODY POLISH

This treatment is a pure bliss. Body polish includes a full body dry brushing, invigorating body polish immersed in natural essential oils. You are wrapped in a cocoon heated foil where the body moisturising mud mask soaks into the skin followed by a transdermal body lotion that soaks into the dermis. This body exfoliating treatment will leave your skin feeling like silk and is great for pre and post massage treatments or if your skin is in need for some TLC. A head massage is performed when the mask is left for 15 minutes.

6. LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE

This is a gentle and therapeutic detox massage that uses very light pressure and long, gently strokes to increase the flow of lymph while reduces and removes all the excess liquids and toxins from your body. We highly recommended this massage as a part of your health and wellness routine.

7. AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

An aromatherapy massage includes all the benefits of a regular massage with the added benefits of a blend of essential oils tailored to your specific needs. You can choose from 4 different blends: Calm - to relieve stress and anxiety, Ice - for muscular pain and discomfort, Escape - for migraines and headache, and Sentry - with antiviral and antibacterial properties.
